Vision

We will endeavor to achieve sustainable growth within the company by implementing three year incremental plans.  To achieve this we will remain within the boundaries of good governance and good, ethical business practices.

The first three years will be the accumulation of a solid clientele base that is in turn also committed to good and ethical business practices. By achieving this we should then be able to grow by utilizing tactical employment opportunities. ie. people who are knowledgeable in their field and want to achieve and be recognized for what they do.

The following three years we will focus on where we have had good financial gain and will build on that success.  We will remain a company that can and will change according to the market forces as demanded by our clients needs.

Although we are not compelled as yet, we are already in the early stages of putting our Black Empowerment policy together in order to minimize the growing pains that one may experience with such transformation.

 

BEE Statement

Based on our current financial status Drivetec is viewed as a fully Black empowered entity. We at Drivetec embrace the value of Black Economic Empowerment and believe that this is the way forward. We will in due course be developing Black Economic Empowerment strategy within our company and will keep our clientele informed of the progress that is made. We will need to acquire the services of a company that will ensure the correct procedures are in place with regard to the BEE process as soon as our financial status require us to do so.

 

SHERQ Management System

We have engaged the services of Lukas Rautenbach from Triangle Quality Services to guide us and assist us in our conformity to good and sustainable SHERQ practices.  This encompasses safety, health, environmental, risk and quality programs.

Our aim is to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for the continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements.
